The
children in Year 3 are finding out about things that people have for breakfast. They are
considering where things are grown and what happens to them before they arrive
on the breakfast table, for example shipping, processing, slaughtering,
refining, packaging, drying, bottling, transporting – depending on the
food/drink.
The
children need to do another example of a breakfast food as an annotated diagram like the one that we
did at school. (-Bacon)
I have also asked the children to have a go at completing a "Breakfast Questionnaire" that we put together in class.
