Home Learning and Spellings - 5th November 2020

 Oops sorry, I forgot to hand out the paper copy of the home learning and spellings today!  The children will be bringing these home tomorrow instead!

Packing for a Polar Expedition

Today we met Tyler Fish who is responsible for all of the kit his polar explorer team take with them to the arctic.  He knows a lot about surviving in extreme conditions.  Today we learned about insulation and how it can stop things getting too hot or too cold.  Use your knowledge to make a list of items you would take with you in order to survive a polar climate.  Think about what you will wear (to keep you warm) and what other equipment you might need.  The pictures below might help you.
