Well we had an inspiring this morning with a visit from Nick from Bugfest. He bought along some creatures that you can find in all layers of the Rainforest!
We saw scorpions, stick insects, millipedes, centipedes, giant snails, praying mantis and huge tarantulas. I was really impressed with Year 3's knowledge of the Rainforest already and it was fantastic to hear the children tell Nick the facts they have learnt from their home learning. A huge thank you to Nick from Bugfest for coming to our school. All of the children learnt so much from the visit which will help them with their animal fact files in the days to come.
