A Sunny week in Year 3

 Hi Year 3 Families,

It's been a lovely sunny week in Year 3, we have been busy bees!

In science we have been learning about pollination and the importance of bees.

In Maths we have been learning about money, I have sent home a knowledge organiser about money and some additional homework which is would be beneficial for children to practise to help cement their knowledge of currency. We are becoming a cashless society so children don't often has exposure to coins anymore, please do give them opportunities at home, if you have any cash around!

Next week on Thursday we will be attending Shire Hall and will be finding out about The Tol Puddle Martyrs which will compliment our learning in History after half term. If you would like to come with us please do let me know!

I know we have been short of photos recently so I have uploaded lots from the past few weeks.

Don't forget Coast homework is due next week. Thank you for all the reading records, we only have 4 to go until we have a full set!!
