Happy Christmas Year Three (Holiday Home Learning)

Dear Parents,

I would like to wish you all a "Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!"

I have not given the children any extra "home learning" activities for the holiday, but have encouraged them to have plenty of fun reading over the next two weeks (and made sure that they have all brought home a "Good Reading" book). They do also have the usual "Spelling Lists" to be challenging themselves with.

As Mr. Farrington mentioned in Assembly, the children are likely to need to write some "Thank you" letters in the next couple of weeks. I would, of course, encourage them to write these in their neatness handwriting.

Thank you for your support of the last term. I am thoroughly enjoying working with Year 3.

Have a lovely holiday,
Duncan MacBean
