Hello everyone and welcome to the Year 3 blog!
I know you are all out enjoying your Summer holidays and this is definitely well deserved.
Over the Summer I would love as many children as possible from Year 3 to get involved in the Summer Reading Challenge at your local library. It is FREE and the children only need to read 6 books. This can be a mixture of them reading them alone or sharing the books together.
In the past, the children in the school have received these in a special assembly and are so proud to have a certificate and medal. So if you can please do sign up for this challenge and show the children how important reading is and how anyone can love books!
