Friday 1st December-
“Journey to the Stable” United Church, Dorchester.
This Friday 1st December, the
children in Year 3 will be visiting the United Church in Dorchester. We will be
taking part in the “Journey to the Stable” experience. This is organised by the
church and teaches the children about the Christmas Story as it is told in the
Bible. The children will not be directly involved in an act of worship at the
church, but will be learning about what the Christmas Story means to
Christians.
We
will be walking to the church after registration in the morning, staying for
about an hour and a half, and returning in time for lunch.
I
would be very grateful to any parents/grandparents who would be able to come
along with us for the morning.
Please
