Dear Parents,
It would be great if the children could bring in a costume for their Class Assembly on Friday 10th November. They are all going to be playing the part of sailors on board a 16th Century sailing ship.
Tracksuit trousers and T-shirts would be ideal. Handkerchiefs over their heads might make a nice addition. Any that fancy a bit of face paint to add tattoos and moustaches would be welcome. As the children will be climbing on the PE apparatus, they will need to have bare feet. (They will not be allowed to use any toy cutlasses or pistols as they will need their hands free for climbing.)
We hope that you can come along to the assembly (at 9.20am) to see them in action.
